How can I get in contact with customer service?

I am logged into my account but unable to see prices?
  • For new registrations, we ask customers between 1-2 business days for account verification. Once your account has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification on the status of your account. If approved, you will have access to our full website, including viewing prices and purchasing merchandise. If not approved, you will need to follow up with us with the required documentation.

Why do you ask for my identification? Is my information safe?
  • We ask for a form of identification to verify that the business documentation sent in is indeed yours. Our annual governmental auditing requires a valid state-issued ID or passport filed with every account, as it helps officials identify and control fraudulent activity occurring within businesses. We understand the importance of security and privacy, which is why all your information is stored within our secure database.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What sizes do you carry? What size am I?
  • We carry sizes Small, Medium, and Large. We currently do not carry plus sizes; however, we are working on expanding our wardrobe to include more sizes! Our clothing runs true to size, as all items are designed in the U.S. We encourage customers to always check product descriptions for details regarding the material and fit of the item. For size conversions, measurements and additional sizing details, please refer to our size guide.

What is your return policy?
  • Due to the nature of the fast-paced, ever-changing fashion industry, all sales are FINAL and returns are not offered.

When will my order be processed?
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days. We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping, which takes 2 business days for delivery. For international orders, we ship via DHL’s International Express service.

How is the quality of your clothing?
  • Wholesale Fashion House places quality above everything else! We handpick our styles and outfits with the utmost care and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction. Our clothes will always feel and LOOK good.

Do you offer drop-shipping?
  • We do not offer any drop shipping services at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
  • At Wholesale Fashion House we work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel or change any orders once they have been processed, under any circumstances. Before purchasing, please make sure the items in your order and your information at checkout are correct. If you are unsure, please EMAIL us before placing your order.
If we have yet to process your order, a cancellation request may be authorized and approved. Please note that Wholesale Fashion House does not issue any refunds, if your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase.
